You could shake it off the same way Ice told me to. You don't want to fold, so fold 100 hands in a row preflop. One of the hands I folded preflop was [Ts] from early position facing a smallish raise. Flop was [3s][Qs]. Turn a brick. River . I moved on as if that was my 100th fold.
