I'm guessing he checked the river? If so, check behind. That's why you raised PF, checked the flop, and called the turn for a cheap showdown to win a nice pot when you're unsure of the strength of your hand in position. You only have ~$75 behind you...I need a read to bet here, but actually in a $100 game, I'll argue against myself and bet $20 here.

In a Deep Stack game, I'd bet $25-$30 on the river depending on the opponent because worse hands can call as long as my opponent isn't tricky and even then, I'd bet a lot of times.
