AJs 4bet preflop, flush draw on flop, 200NL 5max

OP is unknown, he has 200, I have 180.

Preflop: UTG bets 4, I raise to 16 OTB with [Ah] [Jh], SB minraises to 28, UTG folds, I call.
(Someone folds here?)
Flop (60): [2h] [3h] [6c]
SB bets 30, I call.
Turn (120): [4s]
SB bets 50, I call
River (220]: [Jc]
SB all-in, I?
It is 80 to call into 360 pot. It seems that he has QQ+ with this action almost always.
Does this 'almost always' >80%?

Anyway, thanks for comments.

P.S. On a separate not I think that preflop re-raise to 12 was better.
