No reads on the villians in the hand only about 10 hands on each, though they seemed like the standard donks that infest the games. I'm folding to a reasonable turn bet, but is calling the river okay here? Rest of the hand standard? I know PF is a little iffy, but the table is very loose passive.

Agree with zmej. You win maybe 5% to 10% of the time here, so a call is -EV. I would call $1, tops. Maybe not even that much since the river was still 3-handed.
