Was my turn C/R aggressive enough? I put the villain on a pair with a draw. Based on His stats were semi-loose (VP$IP of 22%) and passive PFR and aggresssive after the flop. Would you fold or call his river bet?

I dont like the size of your raise here on the flop, you are now giving him odds to call with almost anything. I think you probably still won this hand vs AQ or KQ, though you did give him odds to call with his gutshot on the flop with J10.

Man that flop min raise is ugly. You put him on a draw so you go and give him odds to call?And you give the BB great odds too if he has draw? With $39 in the pot and only $7 to call he is getting implied odds on a gutshot never mind on a flush draw.
I'm a semi-loose aggressive player (I almost always bet my draws even from EP) and it's opponents that do this that allow me to do this and make money

And what is worse here you took a risk checking in the first place - if its checked around and a diamond falls where are you then? But you did it because you knew he was post-flop agressive and couldn't resist a bet at the pot. So you read it well and got the reward of an extra $7 in - now is the time to take advanatge of that and raise it up.

He is betting under half the pot - that screams cheap buy, weaker ace, king or draw. A set of sixes would bet more on a flush board I think. So you are ahead - get some money in!.
I'd need to see his exact flop aggression to be sure but to me it just looks like a steal. I know that your two pair is safe from a pure buy or a weaker ace (but he'll not put another cent in anyway if it was). But if either of them are on draw you need to be at least 3/4 pot (and with 2 behind you I would bet the pot here).

Min raises have 3 uses
a) to pretend to be a bad player (esp pre-flop)
b) to try to take control of the betting or at least slow an opponent down when you aren't sure where you are or are on a draw
c) to milk someone when you have a lock (esp hoping big bluff re-raises from maniacs)
Otherwise you need to be raising at least 1/2 the pot and usually more.

Thanks for the help! It turned out the villain had , so I got beat on the river. But I can't see how he had the pot odds to call the turn.
