I once got beat by runner runner quads. I must say to the guy's advantage though, that he had a runner runner gutshot to go withit. Although, some of his outs were tainted because I had two backdoor flush draws.

It was [Ks][Kh][Qs][Qh] for me against [Kc][Js][Jh][5d] on a [Qc][6h][2s] flop. Funny part was, that this was a 280bb pot on the first night I was playing the $200 PLO game on UB.
