This early on do I take the gamble with pair and OESD? I'm likely trailing UTG+1, but unless he has a set I have a good amount of outs.

I'm calling. You don't just have any pair but rather Top pair plus an OESD. I count 13 outs and 2 draws = 1.1-1. You're likley ahead already but if not you have plenty of outs for the winning hand by sd. At this level the donks are still pulling off all sorts of stunts looking to get busted and here is an opportunity to double up at their expense but even if you miss you got your chips in with a very good if not the best hand!
