Was a lawyer involved?

Mary, a lawyer.... decided to take some documents pertaining to a case she was working on to bed along with a snack. Lacking a letter opener for some of the sealed envelopes she recieved at her office Mary reached into her nightstand and grabbed a knife she kept in there and used that to open the documents.

Getting engrossed in her work Mary failed to eat her nightitme snack untill right before she drifted off to sleep. Unaware that the snack she had contained trace amounts of peanuts to which Mary was highly allergic, caused her throat to close up and was unable to breathe and she died in her sleep.

Did she died while she was sleeping?

can we say that the cause of dead was accidental?

was she murdered?

is the place she sleeps inside her house?

was she working at the time she died?
