The problem is not villain. The problem is that you're multiway on the flop with a hand that will often be a piece of shit when more than one player comes along. The equity edge you have when heads up is not enough to cover this scenario.

Combined with the turns that don't improve you (and have you putting a decent amount of money in as a dog), you really need to lay low on this flop and see what develops.
