Your turn bet was really bad. I would've just put the rest of him in on the turn to charge the flush draw. As is you're now behind the flush and AJ. I don't see the flush checking the river but I could see an A do it. I probably just check behind and curse not betting the turn much, much more

i put the guy on a J (or worse 99 TT) so i wanted to build the pot up to where he cant fold on the river.
