Checked to me, I bet 5, villain raises to 12, slightly more than a minraise.
Pot is 24, villain has 43 more.

9 flush outs, 3 str8 outs, (and very remotely 2 Aces as outs)

If he had a bigger stack I'd be more cautious but since he's a halfy I'd just shove it in now and take either the pot or the turn and river without thinking about it.
