Came a freak 4" snow in Cripple Creek...Beautiful golden aspen amidst the snow.

2.7 acres, with aspen, pond. pine, secluded, shed, seasonal stream and pond, views, elk, mule deer, fenced 4 miles out of Cripple Creek is on my favorite list...anyone want to go halvers? Price is smokin...asking $14.9 could problaly get it for $12k. They have T. H.E. every night in town...having sng's from 1 to 9pm today...lots of tourists.
For those that don't know, Cripple Creek Colorado was an old gold boom town, about late 1880-90's...the town swelled to 200,000 people...there were miners, many whore houses, poker rooms, saloons, a true boom town...now it's about 2-3000 pop., one runnning gold town but gambling came in a few years ago and thus has several casinos..Bronco Billy's is my favorite, where they have THE...only lthing is, the limit in the town is $5...you can't bet over $5 on anything...they have 2-5 spread limit HE...and the tournaments however are NL...just the buy in is around $20-$30...the low limit thing keeps the bad element and riff raff out.
