Wait, we need a communist revolution...? Because people are too poor to afford health insurance?
Erm... k... what the HELL does this have to do with a movie that fictionally shows a historical event that has completely changed our country?
I dunno, I just think making movies about something like this is kinda wrong. Like the passion of the christ? The movie was made just because 90% of the US considers themselves christians and people were all like, "if you dont watch this movie, you're a bad person" (this was actually said to me before). There was no art to the movie. A guy got the shit knocked out of him for like 2 hours.
In a country where it's so anti-patriotic to dislike anything even remotely tied with 9/11, it's just so obvious that this and other movies like it are made to feed off of patriotism, or religion, or anything like that.
Another example would be brokeback mountain. If you didn't see it and love it then everyone will claim that you are a gay hater. I didn't see it. My best friend is a lesbian. I just don't wanna see a guy nailing another guy in the ass, y'know?
I think I've gone so far away from my main point by now... basically, I think this movie is made just to feed from the whole "american patriotism" thing going on and they're gonna make money off of a major trajedy that is still fairly recent.
Partake in my bollocks, bloody chav!
