I quite like your play here, over betting the flop is fine, works quite nicely in multiway pots when you flop a set.
I think your turn bet is OK, he could easily be playing a two pair hand really weakly or perhaps he has like AT with the
![The Ten of Clubs [Tc]](https://www.pofex.com/images/smilies/Tc.gif)
, isn't confident enough to bet but is too donkish to put it down..
He could also have flopped a low flush and be 'slow playing' and be scared of the 4th suit himself, however I find it is nearly impossible to bet people off a low flush if they have 2 of the suited cards when the 4th flop card hits, not sure why that is the case but that is my experience.
If you had position here and he checks the river I would definately bet as a bluff, but OOP all you can really do is check, if he checks behind there is a chance he has a two pair or set himself... more likely he has a low flush with A-X that he MAY have folded to a big bet... not worth the risk IMO, not OOP...
you have no real info in this hand because all he has done is call.
