SB is a LAGtard type 55/35/3 type, though he doesn't 3 and 4 bet much PF at least not that I had noted over 100+ hands.

Hero is on the BB with [Jd]

UTG limps, UTG +1 overlimps, 2 folds, SB raises, Hero 3-bets, UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, SB caps, Hero and UTG+1 call.

Flop [Qd]

SB bets, Hero raises, UTG+1 folds, SB calls

Turn [Td]

SB bets, Hero raises, SB 3-bets, Hero calls

River [Ac]

SB checks, Hero checks it through

I'd take the same line here, although him 3 betting the turn and checking the river is kind of bizarre. But that is just a nasty looking board to fire again on the river.
