PP play FR vs. SH

Postby Electrolux » Sun Sep 03, 2006 5:11 am

I have mainly been playing FR, but have now ventured into SH to. And I am a little uncertain on how to play small PP in SH.

FR, I basically limp call raises with small pair looking for sets if given the correct odds. In late position if checked to, I sometimes raise with lower PP to try to steal the blind. And then occasionally I get myself into trouble with CBs being floated with overcards on the flop.

But in SH, how should standard play be adjusted?
Should I raise more of them, when in position? Continue CB?
Should I raise with them OOP?

I guess I can play yset or forget the same way if I have the odds?

Any help on how to handle this is appreciated.
