So how did I do and why:
Up $80 over 555 hands PLO50 for a 14.28bb/100. I was extremely cold-decked for the first 2-300 hands and had some pushes go the wrong way, so I had to resort to stealing and trickery to stay afloat until I was dealt:

So that was all good and well. I then proceeded to bleed most of that away until i started hitting some sets and getting payed handsomely, like boating up with AA in a 3-way pot and such. So I'm coasting along, feeling great and invincible and thinking I can outplay anyone and donk away like $40 on a fancy tricky play right into top set. Smooth. After having lost $55 on MTT's I should probably also limit myself to 1 MTT/day and max $20 since I'm not at all sure it's +EV for me. So all in all a winning day, albeit a small one.
I felt I wasn't really playing at the top of my game all day, probably due to lack of sleep. I wasn't playing bad either, just a so so day.
Resolution: Stop losing $$ in stupid MTT's.
