minraising i think is silly, and the worst of your options. you're really just hoping he folds. and any time you make him fold, you are essentially bluffing with the best hand.
i think a fold is fine. when he had QQ on the A66 board he led turn for less than 1/2 pot. here he leads for full pot.
but i also think a call is fine. i think that there's a large chance of

[Jd]. he's already given himself bad odds with his full pot bet. there's no need to raise here. you can easily get away if you face a big bet on a

river, and probably even fold to a big bet on a non-[d] river. he'll almost always check the river with the NFD if he misses.
also....i know that when im playing deepstacked i will on occasion peel a card with middle pair or bottom pair. so you have to factor in a small chance that he could have a 9 here. but i think his most likely hands once he leads the turn are the aforementioned draws, or a boat, or A-x
