I doubt it was a RNG error, but more of a hardware issue. Sometimes Sub-atomic particles come down from space and pass through the earth, and if they pass through a computer on the way by, they can realign data on memory or drives. Got a buddy who works in a big electical engineering and he says the have issues with this every now and then. So with said Muon passing through Prima's server, the bit that said the

had been dealt could have been reset to 0, so it was possible the computer thought it wasn't out there. Or, if like any good server, they had multiple cloned servers, and the main one crashed, the "seamless" hand-off to the back-up could have missed a couple bits is possible too.
Back on OP, I hate HP the entire PR network in general. I played there for a bit last year, went on a awesome run, then they doom switched me, and I haven't won since, like 30k hands later. I'm not talking a gradual few bets here and there, I'm talking 1,000 bet losses. Everytime. Not saying it's rigged, but I'm not goign back... And their CS does suck. Was trying to setup a HU MTT for real cheap, and they took 3 months to finally admit that I was a cash game player, and thay I could setup MTT's, and then another 2 months for them to credit the money I lost in the tourney, which was a very suprising email since I never played in any tournys there. BUt then, they never credited the money.....
