I'd fold preflop

The blinds aren't worth stealing given your stack and you don't want a call with 22.

Several things can happen.

They fold, you get 150 chips for which you risked 300

Someone calls, you get a set (super)

They call, you get 3 overcards on flop, you either let it go or risk more chips at a pot you didn't need to be in.

Someone reraises to 1000+ish - then you have to let it go.

However.... The push from the short stack gives you a much juicier pot of 1370 which is only 620 to call so even accepting that he's going to have an overpair some of the time and two overs the rest it's a call not just from a chip perspective but also because if you win the race you will be 4 handed and in a commanding position so there is $EV here as well I suspect.

That said, I think the pf raise is unnecessary and going to bleed far more chips than it makes in the long haul in a situation where you can afford to pick your spot and wait to get super aggressive when the blinds are worth it.
