I Challenge You... (play Super Nintendo online)

Postby EscapePlan9 » Fri Aug 04, 2006 2:35 pm

One of the best emulators for Super Nintendo, ZSNES (), has a feature where you can play people online in any game. To play online, you need to download another program called Z-Battle-net (). It's pretty easy to setup and there's guides on the pages if you get lost.

I've been playing people in classic SNES games like:

Super Mario Kart
Tecmo Super Bowl
Super Street Fighter 2

If I get a decent connection (little to no lag) with someone here, I'm willing to play for money (or free) in Mario Kart, Tecmo Bowl, or Street Fighter. Anyone dare challenge me with these games I grew up on?

Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.

Poker is silly.

It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.

Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.

Yeah it's handheld, like a gameboy. You can connect to your home wireless connection from the DS and play anyone online - either randoms or "friends". It's pretty awesome, especially for a game like Mario Kart. Also, the version of MK is the best ever - it has tracks from the SNES version, the N64 version, and the gameboy advance version.

Hey Roy, I got DS and MK and won't be afraid to teach you a lesson or two about the finer aspects of the mario kart expierence. How can we play together? I'm always playing random people from around the world.
