I actually used to get tingling in my hands after trips to Vegas. sitting with my elbows on the table for hours and hous on end. If playing poker online gives you that problem try buying a track ball mouse, much more comfortable for long sessions.

ive had this problem; i bought a gelly mouse pad wrist support that seems to have helped some.
