That's just about the gayest bet I have ever seen on the turn. I figure my fold equity is pretty high but with a multiplayer pot, the nut flush draw and possibly the only nut low draw (since I have two deuces), is it more EV to just let them in and try to hit?

Well here is what the neighbourhood donks showed:

I have a pretty amazing 41.8% pot equity against that whole range of hands on the flop. On the turn it goes up to47.9%. My 6's obviously weren't good but the hand that is likely to call a flop raise is Q543 (and AT93?), who I am crushing, and I don't see anyone being able to call a turn raise.

Still... i wonder if it isn't more +EV to just call and hope to hit.
