Lately i'm playing SNGs and my sessions are 4+ hours. When I was playing ring games my sessions were in general much shorter, say 1 hour on average.
Poker is silly.

about 90 minutes...then a break of 30 to 60 minutes...

then another hour...

more on weekends, but rarely more than 2 hours at a sitting...

Online, about an hour. I used to play much longer sessions but not lately.

When I play live typically I don't play for less than 6 hours.
