Funny enough, even though 3 of the top imports were signed by Ferguson at Man United, when I think of the biggest foreign import flops of the Premiership, a lot of them seem to be his signings too.... Veron surely top of the pile, you've also gotta love Kleberson, the Brazilian world cup winner who turned out to be a complete donkey, and his inability to sign a decent goalkeeper for like 2 seasons after trying a ton of no-hopers (Barthez, that Brazilian guy whose name I can't even remember, erm, Ricardo, Tim Howard, Roy Carroll anyone

?)....
Worst ever surely has to be Mutu though - Chelsea paid about 20 million for him, quickly fell out with everyone, failed a drugs test, and then got shipped back to Italy for next to nothing lol
Veron has to push him close though.... again, 20-odd million to Man United, struggled to copewith the pace of English football and looked uncomfortable, not terrible, but THEN Chelsea went and paid another 15million-odd for him before he finally sloped off back to Italy.... Surely in terms of total money spent he's the biggest flop.
And anyone remember when Harry Redknapp bought a string of foreign failures at West Ham one season? That was hilarious

! Anyone remember Florin Raduciou? No??? Thought not....
Oh, and of course the nut worst footballer ever to play for any team at any level anywhere, the hilarious Andrea Silenzi who (by virtue of being a skill-free battering ram centre forward who got lucky one season for Torino and scored some goals in Serie A in Italy) got a lucrative transfer to Nottingham Forest and then promptly was laughed out of town about 8 months and a ton of dreadful missed chances later

....
Oh, so many happy, happy memories....
