I totally disagree. Pokerstars is quick and efficient and above all, fair.

Yesterday I made a deposit for the $100 bonus but didn't put in the bonus code (I didn't realise we had to put one in). I waited until today to see if the bonus would turn up in my account and when it didn't, I emailed support and asked if they could credit it, or if they could allow it so if I made another deposit with the correct code i'd still get the bonus. Their reply (took 20 minutes):

Hello Rohit,

I've manually applied the bonus to your deposit, including the FPP you've
already earnt towards it. You'll need to earn a total of 1,000 FPP to
release it - good luck on the tables!

Funny... I did the same thing... Here's my email, which I got within a half hour...
