Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.

Yeh sloshball is tite. As is Beirut/Beer pong.

A great drinking game for when ppl have already had a few and are nice an buzzed is "Horseraces" (one of many names) Basically, you lay out the ace of each suit at one end of the table and set a finish line about 6-10 card lengths away. Then each person bets a certain number of drinks (however you define it) and one person starts dealing out cards. Whatever suit gets dealt, that "horse" moves one lengh closer to the finish. Once one horse wins the race, everyone else drinks (however many they wagered), and the winners dispense the number of drinks they wagered to other players.

Its a great game since its really easy to learn, requires no skill (i.e. all the girls can play) but is still competitive and gets ppl excited. Its really a lot like craps, but simpler and with more drinking.
