This bill DOES NOT MAKE IT ILLEGAL TO GAMBLE ONLINE!

It will never pass the senate anyway. Please read this article so you can sleep well tonight.

The older you get, the more rules they are going to try and get you to follow. You just gotta keep on livin', man. L-I-V-I-N. - Wooderson

Please show me where it says in the bill thats its illegal to play poker online. Its not in there as far as I can tell.

You can request a check from NT and it comes looking just like any other check. Its drawn on a regular bank. Nowhere does it say iots from a gambling site. I really doubt that your bank is going to not cash it.

FWIW, if this becomes law the gov't can easily get on the ISPs to block access to the IP of any gaming site if they wish. They could also request logs of access instead, as the RIAA does with file sharing.
