So I keep getting this thing on my computer I always click cancel and shit and it's kinda pissing me off. It pops up maybe once every few hours. The number of different pop-ups (mostly casino type stuff, but also today something like exittracking.com) my computer has been getting has definately increased lately.

Since I kinda have a lot of money floating around the internet, I'm semi paranoid when my computer acts at all funky.

Is this a valid anti-spyware program that my computer magically figured out it needs? Or is this a piece of shit virus that someone is trying to get me to download? Furthermore, if it's the latter, how can I remove it?
