After a couple of games it's become obvious that certain teams we thought had a shot now no longer do - England obviously ain't going to win it, CIV aren't, Portugal are distant, distant, outsiders, same as Holland.

Of the teams everyone liked at the start, the two I thought had NO chance were Germany and the Netherlands - see no reason to change this. England and France can join them, leaving Spain, Italy, Argentina, Brazil and Portugal as the only teams with any hope.
