Just sitting here watching the US Poker Championships on ESPN. Finally, Norman Chad said something funny.

"This is the game they played in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest." as Lance Funston has no idea what the bet is, how to bet, what's a good hand, or...well, if you've seen it you know. The only thing this guy can do is stack the chips he's taking off the pros.

The first two episodes--esp 2--are the best poker I've seen on TV. For once, they're showing exactly what it's like to face morons, idiots, donkeys and rookies. I've been laughing so hard I'm falling off the couch.

Gavin Smith looks like a fat retard wtih his cornrows and beads and three chins.

And they are all at risk of being Funston-ed.

EP, you gotta catch it, man. It's fall down funny. Funston is a total fish, and Matasow gets it right in the ass. The look on Minh the Master's face at times is worth the ticket, as he has NO idea what the hell Funston is doing. I know how he feels.

Love it. They could put this one in the vault and take it out a hundred years from now and it would illustrate what playing poker in 2006 was like.
