Ive been on a cruise ship recently that had a casino but there was no poker. I actually looked for a cruise with poker and couldnt find one. However, I was checking cruises leaving from Miami, not Alaska.

Thanks iceman. I thought that was a possibility. We had a set window of time, so I didn't even shop around much for cruises beyond which port it left on which day.

I went on a Carnival Cruise and they had a pretty solid casino. The only hold'em game they had was a 5/10 LHE which had an exorbitant rake but was still fairly easy to beat. I only played in it once (as I found myself doing other things) but it was definitely a fun way to spend the night.

They had all the other casino staples. Black Jack, Slots, 3 Card Poker, Roulette, Craps, and other card variants. -EV games just aren't my cup of tea.

My parents went on a cruise to Alaska, and no poker... I've prolly been on 100 cruises (living in MIami), and most of em blow, it'll be you, your wife, and 1998 people who's avg age is death +10...

Don't miss out on the shuffleboard tourney though...
