On a side note I limped AA75r UTG+1 earlier, a few other limpers and then the BB sticks in a raise. He's shortstacked and could be tilting... right or wrong? That AA hand is just about as bad as they come and I figured not many flops are going to fit it.

yeah, you're right. i was mucking up the odds and percentage systems.

i've been laying off the hooch after a bender a couple of weeks ago, and i think it's adversely affecting my thinking. i really should drink more.

For the benefit of those who can't count, you need somewhere in the region of 7 outs once all three hands are flipped up to make calling somewhere in the +EV ball-park. If no-one has ANY board card paired you've got 10 outs. Your main worry is someone holding something like AJTQ which breaks 4 of your outs and leaves you slightly -EV. But most of the time I think you have odds to make a marginal call here, especially taking into account the 25PLO donk factor.

I was only yanking your chain there Kuso, as I hope you realised you're +EV against two bare straights (quite nicely so, in fact), though in reality you're probably looking at a very marginal call.
