Isn't a bigger problem that only 60% of the people who had the right* to vote actually VOTED? Bush got 50% of those, meaning that less than a third of the people that can vote actually voted for him.
And that was considered a BIG turnout...
* And what the f-ck is up with convicts not having the right to vote? How messed up is that...
