Why don't you want to use 2 monitors?

I find it harder to follow the action than if it's all on a single monitor.

I use dual monitors. I put them side by side in front of me so I hardly notice that its not one single monitor.

Once you get used to it I dont think you would ever notice. I found it cheaper to buy two 19" flat panels than one 30" widescreen

I have 2 Dell 20.1" LCD's... I wish I would have gotten one big 40" monitor and wall-mounted it. It'd be easier on the eyes and i could lean back while I play
