$200 NL @ party is a stringent tight-wad rock garden. Unless you play between 9-1am PST, especially on friday and saturday, then it's heaven. But no, I wouldn't expect the same win rate as $100 NL

If its something like sarcastic then no.. The 100s got plenty of fish so I'm genuinely surprised if the 200s are so different.
