Improve cardio, eliminate current flab, build muscle

I'm buying a house next month with cellars and with 2 kids under 2 am the most unfit I've ever been in my life.

My solution will be to buy a really good x-trainer and a small sound system

X,

Can you recommend a good source that lists isolation exercises?
I'm sure someone must have made one, I just can't find it...

Poker is silly.

It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.

Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.

i did the slim fast thing for breakfast and ate smaller meals lunches and dinners w/ 4 days exercise a week. in about a month and a week lost 10 pounds. i've went off it the last two or 3 weeks but have only gained two back. still semi dieting but not going crazy.

now that i'm moved into my new apartment i plan on going back to the regiment.
