Same thing happened to me that happend to shobute but each person went through all the security questions with me.

I called today and disabled mine too. Easy as Pi. They asked all the security questions, the lady who I talked to had to leave for a bit to go ask somebody something because I was a "level 2" but then came back and did it no problem. Didn't even ask why. I asked her what a "level 2" was and she said it meant that I have a dik longer than 10 inches. Actually, it meant that I was able to do something like $750 instacash when and if I ever needed to. I told her I never use it anyway so to just shut it down. I'll be changing my NETeller account over to my new POKER ONLY free checking account that I opened 2 weeks ago anyway and since I don't keep any money in that account there won't be any for the hackers to take anyway.
