My database is only a bit over 2k hands so I have only held KKJT three times, but I am up $180 on those, a bit over 6 stacks. No other hand even comes close. So of course I get a smile on my face when I look down and see this...

Good or bad play? Took me a while to make the decision. If I'm going to call the river, I might as well get it in on the turn, right?

Why are you going to call the river? I think you need high FE for this play to be profitable and i'm just not sure you have it (esp since this is NL25), i prefer just calling and getting allin if u hit, otherwise check-folding the river

Ok I'll add some thoughts I was having.

1. Dux isn't betting full pot so he isn't liking this board. Feels a lot like he's trying to push us off our hands but not being prepared to risk too much.

2. He could theoretically have AA, but since he raises a lot preflop that is less likely and even if he doeshe'll be hard pressed to call a c/r with unimproved Aces. His hand looks more like TP, an underpair or not very good draw.

3. I am DEFINETELY ahead of lundela, no doubt he/she is on a draw, with two-pair or better he/she would be raising.

4. Since I have decided that lundela is on a draw and I am either ahead of dux or might get him to fold, I should continue in the hand.

5. Aces, Queens and diamonds will force me to fold the river. If it bricks I will call.

6. Since I'll probably call the river AND I think I'm actually ahead some of the time AND I probably won't get paid off if I hit, I think pushing is better than calling.

you are calling on a river brick? that takes one hell of a solid read to call someone down with just KK.

Well actually I would expect either a check or a very small bet if it bricks. My read is that he bets full pot when he has something, not gay half pot bets like this. If I face a pot bet on the river I have to assume that it helped him, but I am not expecting that. Thing is, after much consideration I ended up with the conclusion that I am probably slightly ahead, but have to dodge a lot of cards on the river and won't get paid off if I hit, thus the push.
