I'm like Jarren, there's no way I'll be in that room for more than 5 hrs out of every 36.

I recently updated the poker rooms in vegas thread after my last trip so for places to play check that out. I have stayed at both Ballys and IP. Both are decent, really all anyone cares about is a clean place to sleep that has working AC. Ballys actually has one of the best sports books in Vegas if that matters at all to you guys and ballys has a half decent poker room. IP is not quite as nice as Ballys but clean enough, their poker rooms sucks balls. It is going to be 110+ for most of the time your going to be in Vegas so walking is pretty much out of the question, so being close to stuff is only a slight advantage.

Depending what type of deals you can get I'd go with renting a car. Taking cabs all over the place is both a pain the the balls and expensive. Wish I could be there for the main event this year guys but it doesnt looks like its going to happen.
