Its the bubble and all players including me have about 4500 + or - a couple hundred.
Blinds are 300/600
I'm dealt on the big blind. UTG has me barely covered and raises to 1200 and the rest fold to me. UTG hasn't been raising my blinds all the time, but he's done it often enough that I know he's stealing at times.

Fold, call and see a flop, or push?

Does he always minraise when he raises?

I think calling and getting your chips in when you hit is fine, but I think folding and waiting for a spot to open push is better. Pot odds are a lot less significant with 7bb on the bubble.
