Guys I must be one of the most UNLUCKY SOBs on this freakin planet if thats the case.

Ill play tighter than hell for the first 40 or so and get AA and some bugger eating moron will put me all in PF (while hes holding 22) and suckout

this stuff seems to happen over and over to me, while I watch some Donk with A2 from the blinds go all in PF against AK in late position and manage to win the pot.

The way I play seems to have little to nothing to do with the win of the tourny.

Mid Tourny I had a guy call a buy (A10os on the button) even stacks both larger than the rest with 62 suited. hell all I was trying to do was get everyone else out, the idiot calls and of course the flop its 2A6 T 6 My problem seems to be there are way too many people that will raise or call with anything from any position. Their only stradegy seems to be buy every pot I can and go all in for the others just to see if it works

It sounds like you're getting your chips in the middle with the best hand, that's all you can do. Play enough SNGs and in time the money will flow to you, it's inevitable.

As long as your making good decisions, you will do fine. Just be sure you're making good decisions. It's very, very easy to think you're making the right play and you're not. The game is just far more complex than most give it credit for being. In time, with work, you will improve. It gets easier. But not that much. The edge a good player has over a poor player isn't as great as we'd like.

And I can assure you, NO ONE is more unlucky than I am!

I really find that whining about bad luck is countr productive. I also find that people who do it aren't as good as they like to think they are. They tend to focus on the bad beats that they have and think that i the reason for every loss instead of look for ways to improve their game and exploit their opponents weakness. It goes to reason. The more energy you put into whining and excuses, the less you put into improving. It also shows a basic flaw in attitude since the perfect attitude is to be happy about getting your chips in with AA preflop no matter what the result.
