I hope... This is the one I'm most likely buying in a couple weeks... The picture doesn't have the 3 balconies, which mine will... I decided on the bonus room as I needed a room big enough to house my pool table, and that at 23' x 17' is PEEEEEEEEERFECT...

Its still a 3/2 1/2, which is plenty for all the BTP bretheren to hang out...

1st floor: I want a door from the bonus room into the garage. And that little nook in the top left corner of the bonus room should be put into the laundry room area for a laundry tub. Trust me, you do not want to be coming into the house in a drunken stupor and having to try and not trip over laundry and whatnot cluttering a laundry room floor. And the nook does no good in the bous room other than to make the room not be a rectangle. Other than that I like the layout.

2nd floor: I like the kitchen. Make the "flex room" whatever the hell thats supposed to mean, into your dining room as it makes more sense with the arch connecting the two. Then the area labeled as dining room gets the Poker table or Pool table. Preferably Poker. I don't like the idea of having to walk downstairs when I've been drinking just to take a piss if you're watchin a ball game in the living room. But with that layout I don't see room for a crapper on that level.

3rd floor: I like it. Since there is a bathtub in the small bathroom, I would ask for an extra large shower stall in place of the soaker tub in the master bath. We have one of the extra long shower stalls with shower heads at both ends and it is just awesome. "Owners Retreat" is a nice new marketing term that I haven't ever heard of before but it looks like it may be a good place for your Online Pokering as there is a nice window/ledge nearby for you to take a swan dive off of when you have one of those terrible losses you have become so famous for.

Nice house but for that money I make sure it's built with shit layed out just the way I want it.
