i was referring to the post that preemptively predicted Xaston's POTY statement... and i was being sarcastic at that.

the OP was definitely not POTY.

if you look hard enough, MVP, you might be able to find that sense of humor that you seem to have lost. did you lose another half stack at poker today? wwwaahhhhhhh!!!!!

Jeez, they both seem pretty expensive to me. Does a single guy really need to drop that kind of cash just to have a place to live? Maybe in Vegas.

I hope you love the place, whichever you choose.

Vegas is the #1 growing home market in America...at least I've heard that twice on TV now this past week. And from someone else I know who is into real estate.

These homes should go up maybe 20% in value over the next two years. Strike while the iron is hot. IMO, more square feet means more happiness and a better investment usually.

Kent... they ARE very expensive I agree... And I could prolly buy something cheaper close to the same area... But, I'm hoping I'm using this house as a investment, as a "family home" will prolly have a better investment potential than a bachelor pad, which I have now... I MAY be making a huge mistake, but it won't be the first or last time...

Plus, if I get a one bedroom studio, where are all the BTP degenerates gonna crash??? I'm takin one for the team dammit...!!!!
