The bug is: if you're in a hand and your stack is below maximum, you can rebuy at that moment for however much will bring you up to max. If you lose the hand then obviously you will just have a full stack. But if you win the hand, your stack becomes stack-when-asked-for-reload + winnings + reload. So people go all-in and then reload for the max, and then when everyone folds to their all-in they get it back plus a reload for a full stack, so have a double stack.
