Ron Artest:
Kuso is right - Sauza Comemorativa for mixing margaritas. Best quality for the price.
But don't F it up by using some crappy margarita mix. You need to squeeze a lime, strain the pulp, use half the juice from the lime and mix with a shot of tequila and a splash of Grand Marnier. Serve it over ice with the rim of the glass salted. Then repeat repeatedly.
If you were actually in Sacramento, as opposed to just worshiping our Forward, I'd be happy to show you how its done.
And try some better rum, unless of course you are mixing that too, in which case the Capt. will do just fine. If you are in to sipping your rum, try Ron Zacapa Centenario. Best. Rum. Ever.
And Monk, next time you are in the new world, a trip to Guadalajara with a side trek to Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, for a bit of tequila tasting will cure you of that aversion to tequila right away.
