Signing up for PokerStars

Postby k3nt » Sat Dec 31, 2005 8:28 pm

It looks like this is a really bad time to sign up for PokerStars. No deposit bonus or redeposit bonus seems to be on offer anywhere I can find.

Should I wait? Or do they offer so many reload bonuses (which clear so slowly) that it doesn't matter?

Thanks for any info.

They don't offer that many reloads, but they never have sign-up bonuses so you could either wait for a reload or sign-up now and play without a bonus. If you're not working on any other bonuses you could play at PS just to check it out. If you play tourneys then PS should be your main site.

I think they offer about 1-2 reloads a month or so... And, I think the last one they offered was around the Party split... So, I would assume they're gonna offer another one shortly...

Not to mention that with their new VIP program, actual cash bonuses will probably be even more scarce.

I'm actually a tad curious if clearing their bonuses on the double FPP promotion was such a good idea. If we'd waited we could clear them as well as getting points for their VIP program...
