Pokerroom - Bonus issues

Does anyone else have issues with Pokerroom with bonuses disappearing from the "tickets and bonuses page"?

This happens all the time for me and I'm constantly concerned that i am not getting the bonus. Even more, I write support with this question and get no response for multiple days..

I've had it happen once or twice before when I've had a couple stacked, only the current one shows. But the missing ones always magically reappear when I check a few hours or a day later. Others have reported this. It appears to be just a sometimes glitch on the Web page -- you haven't lost your bonus.
