I contacted live support, and they don't allow you to.
Their reason: we want you to have a difficult password for YOU to remember so others won't be able to guess it,

Poker is silly.

It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.

Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.

Well mine is only 6 characters long, and yeah, after about a day of entering it, it became 2nd nature.

Keeping your p/ws unencrypted in a Word document, password protected or not, is a very bad idea.

I suggested the idea to Derk of keeping a text file with passwords embedded at random points into a very long string of random characters, and using this to copy/past a password when needed, thwarting key loggers. He countered by suggesting use of the on screen keybaord, though that doesn't solve the original problem here of forgetting passwords.

That was my recollection of a very brief IRC chat we had, Derk. If it's inaccurate, I'm sorry. No misrepresenation intended.

Someone mentioned copying/pasting passwords to bypass keyloggers, and I was suggesting the use of embedded passwords as an improvement, which I believe them to be. Use of the on screen keyboard is better still, if you can remember all your different passwords.

Yes, people should use proper security measures on their own PCs, but I wonder what % have a firewall, anti-virus and anti-spyware software?

Come to think of it, how many systems are 100% secure? None. You can download a free app that will crack any Windows NT password overnight. A few years ago someone I used to work with did exactly that to our boss (who thought it impossible), to prove how vulnerable our systems were to attack. Therefore, increasing password security can only be a good thing.
