Agreed. Stars is the king of micro stakes.

Tribeca have micro-stakes SNGs, some with no fee ($0.10 IIRC) so that might be a good place to get some practice in - they fill up fairly quickly

Party has .02/.04 holdem...look under "beginners". I am still at the 10NL level, currently at Stars. Paradise Poker also has .01/.02, with no rake I believe.
